The Wexler residence in Golden Beach is a case study in what happens when a design team and a builder are genuinely aligned. Featured in Miami Home & Decor under the title “Harmony in Action,” the home brought together four collaborators — SDH Studio Architecture + Design, OON Architecture, TREO Construction, and AGSIA Design Group — each contributing a distinct layer to the finished residence.
SDH Studio, led by architect Stephanie Halfen, worked alongside OON Architecture on the home’s design, while AGSIA Design Group shaped the interiors. TREO Construction, under Founder & CEO Ricardo Halfen, served as the builder responsible for turning that combined design vision into a finished home. It’s a structure that mirrors how TREO operates on every project: as a construction partner working in step with the client’s own architects and designers.
The result, as Miami Home & Decor’s feature captured, is a Golden Beach residence where architecture, interior design, and construction read as a continuous idea rather than three separate disciplines stitched together. That kind of coordination is harder than it looks — it requires a builder who can execute precisely to plan while staying responsive as design details evolve through construction, which is exactly the role TREO played on the Wexler project.
Golden Beach has become one of the neighborhoods where TREO’s collaborative spirit and approach shows up most consistently, with several custom residences built in partnership with architects across the barrier island community.
