Miami’s 77 Camden Drive is a study in warmth and restraint — a residence where clean, modern lines meet the textures of natural stone and the ease of true indoor-outdoor living. The home was featured by OD Casas, the Spanish-language design publication known for showcasing standout residential architecture across South Florida and Latin America.

The project was designed by SDH Studio Architecture + Design, led by architect Stephanie Halfen, and brought to life by TREO Construction. It’s a pairing that reflects how TREO approaches every build: as a collaborative partner to the architect’s vision, not a design-build firm imposing its own. Founder & CEO Ricardo Halfen and the TREO team worked from SDH Studio’s design to deliver the natural stone finishes, expansive glazing, and seamless transitions between interior and exterior living space that define the home.

That indoor-outdoor connection is the heart of the residence. Sliding glass walls dissolve the boundary between the main living areas and the pool terrace, while the material palette — warm stone, natural wood tones, and quiet neutral finishes — carries through both spaces without interruption. It’s the kind of detail-level execution that separates a well-designed home from a well-built one: getting the architect’s intent right down to how a stone edge meets a glass pane.

For TREO, 77 Camden Drive is representative of the kind of work the company was built to do — taking on the technical and logistical complexity of a high-end custom build in Miami-Dade while staying faithful to the architect’s design, so what gets built matches what was drawn.

77 Camden Drive joins a portfolio of Miami-Dade custom homes built by TREO Construction in collaboration with leading architects and interior designers, spanning neighborhoods including Golden Beach, Miami Beach, Bay Harbor Islands, and the barrier islands of Biscayne Bay.
